After you get all gifts from all 25 and win 15 outfits as you progress through dating successfully. Once you do action with him (kissing/calling/dating/sending gift), he will propose! Beware of his actual look before accepting a proposal because once you're engaged, you can't break up with your fiance. He also can't break up with you. If you accidentally decline a proposal, he will propose again next time you do action with him.
Hover at My Lady > My Fiance (My Boyfriend changed to My Fiance)
There is no affection bar anymore, but just Happiness. He gives bonus to ALL popularity but the percentage depends on his happiness. It's more expensive to keep him happy, date costs more. Also his happiness drops quickly.
You can rename him for 50 ems/dms.
At City > Malls you will find man's clothes shops (click on man icon) and you can buy him clothes and get the fashion points from it too! There is not much options for man's shop as much as for your lady.
At your My Place > Wardrobe you will find his wardrobe (click on man icon) and you can change his clothes. It's pretty much just like your lady and pet's wardrobe.
At Beauty Salon you will find his salon (click on man icon) and you can change his looks. Nothing can be changed with dollar except his tan.
You can make your fiance visible in your apartment.
Go to My Place > Apartment > Used Items.
You can take a picture with your fiance FOR FREE!
Go to Gallery > Take a Picture > take a photo with : fill with your fiance's name.
